The Role : Campaign Manager (Performance Media)
This role manages and optimises digital performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Google for UK-based clients. You will take ownership of campaign builds, launches, pacing, and optimisation, ensuring delivery aligns with performance KPIs. The role is deeply analytical and best suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys solving data-driven problems, and is passionate about extracting insights to drive better results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise digital performance campaigns across multiple platforms
Build, launch, and quality-check performance media campaigns
Monitor pacing and delivery daily, ensuring campaigns meet KPI and budget requirements
Analyse performance data and present clear, actionable insights
Implement audience targeting strategies and optimisation best practices
Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and process adherence
Collaborate with internal and UK-based teams to align campaign goals and timelines
About You
3 to 5 years of experience managing performance media campaigns within a digital agency
Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (required)
Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Reddit Ads, or Smartly (advantageous)
Strong understanding of optimisation logic, audience structures, and delivery metrics
Confident in analysing campaign data and communicating performance insights
Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organised
Excellent communicator with strong English writing and comprehension skills
