Job description

The Floor Assistant is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of goods within the depot, assisting customers and colleagues, and maintaining stock presentation and store hygiene standards.

Requirements

Grade 12 / NQF 4

Previous experience in a depot or retail environment will be an advantage

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

Willing to work overtime and weekends when required

Good communication and teamwork skills

Duties and responsibilities

Assist customers with loading and product information

Receive, move, and pack stock accurately and safely

Ensure stock is correctly displayed and replenished

Maintain cleanliness and order on the depot floor

Support general operational and housekeeping duties
