Job Description :

  • A position for a Contact Administrator is vacant within the Fidelity Services Group, Mining Division, based in Rustenburg, reporting to the Contract Manager. This position will be responsible for all administrative duties and functions.
  • Qualifications & Minimum Requirements :

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Administrative Qualification will advantageous.
  • At least 3-5 Years’ experience as an Administrator reporting to Senior Management.
  • Grade A / B / C Psira registered will be and added advantage.
  • Advanced Excel, MS Word and Power Point proficiency.
  • Ability to work extended hours as and when required.
  • Clear criminal record and no pending cases.
  • Medically Fit.
  • Own reliable transport.
  • Should reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas.
  • Key Performance Areas (Not totally inclusive) :

  • Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services and the client regarding Security Services rendered.
  • Daily feedback and liaison with Fidelity Security Services Management and Client – when and where required.
  • Ensuring the Posting Sheets of Security Officers are done daily for full site coverage on both day shift and night shift – as per set out requirements from the Payroll / Billing Department.
  • General supervision of security staff and ensuring all administrative queries are dealt with promptly such as leave, site changes.
  • Pay Queries are dealt with and escalated to the Branch.
  • Ensuring that all HR / IR related queries are escalated accordingly to the Branch.
  • Office Administration and general administrative duties.
  • Co-ordination of e-mail, correspondence, and written communication.
  • Minute taking at selected meetings and engagements.
  • Maintaining of strict confidential protocols regarding correspondence and communication.
  • Liaising at different levels of the Site and act as Ambassador of the Manager office.
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports.
  • Submission of monthly and quarterly reports as required by management for site and or client.
  • Attending daily / weekly, / monthly Management meetings as and if required.
  • Assisting in queries and day to day co-ordination of operational tasks related to area of responsibility.
  • Maintain filling systems and document management, including archive.
  • Keeping client database updated at all times.
  • Assisting with general administrative queries.
  • Asset control.
  • Administrative support to Contract manager and Team always.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflict effectively.
  • Ability to handle work related stress and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
