Contract Manager - South 32

Manage and oversee security contracts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to maintain a high level of performance.Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to protect assets, personnel, and operations.Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to enhance security strategies.Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance standards.Prepare reports, incident logs, and operational updates for senior management.Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Preferred qualifications / attributes / skills Grade A security qualification (PSIRA registered).Minimum of 4 years of experience in security management, preferably in the smelter, mining, or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of security risk management, asset protection, and incident response.Ability to manage large teams and handle high-pressure situations.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Valid drivers license and own transport.
