Senior Management Accountant

Job Description

Our client is seeing a Senior Management Accountant whose key role i s to guid e financial decisions driving profitability and supporting sustainable growth within a fast-paced manufacturing FMCG environment.

What Youll Do

• Analyse and interpret financial and operational performance to support business decision-making.
• Lead costing margin analysis and variance reporting across key product and operational areas.
• Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial performance packs.
• Maintain full IFRS-compliant accounting records and ensure strong internal controls.
• Partner with Production Sales and Operations teams to optimise efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee month-end close stock reconciliations and standard costing reviews.
• Support audits risk management and financial governance.
• Drive improvements in ERP systems reporting automation and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
