Role Overview A skilled Salesforce Developer (Senior Associate) is required to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that enhance system capability, performance, and scalability. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, maintainable code and ensuring effective collaboration within agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL / SOSL .
• Implement automation through Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules .
• Design and configure custom objects, fields, record types, and permission sets to support business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi .
• Support data modelling, sharing rules, and security configurations to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with administrators, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage code repositories in line with CI / CD best practices .
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while adhering to development standards.
