Job descriptionInstallation Bills of Quantities Commissioning / Maintenance Documentation System Device lists / Programming sheets Basic PowerPoint presentation (System schematics) Project Files Basic, Non-Engineering level (In-House training Provided) Markup of equipment installations Markup of Building layouts Checking of installation As-Builts This is a graphical (computer based) system for monitoring installed hardware, the configuration thereof is a service provided by the drawing office Technical Matric Draughting Course Mathematics and Physical Science to Matric level with a mark of > Minimum 2 3 years working experience AutoCAD 2D & 3D Autodesk Revit (beneficial) Experience in working as a multi-disciplinary draughtsman Ability to understand and perform basic mathematic and geometric calculations, as well an understanding of basics physics concepts Must have a drivers licence Non-Smoker Working hours 7 : 30 to 17 : 00 Mon-Fri

Job Description
CAD draughting
- Working with building plans provided by client
- Drawing basic plans from site markups
- Installation plans (equipment placement, cable routes, etc)
- System schematics
- System electrical wiring diagrams
- Piping Isometrics
- Mechanical drawings (Component manufacture)
- Mechanical Installation details
- Working with Revit models (Provided by clients) (Skill in creating models with Revit will be a bonus)
- Creating 3D models with AutoCAD
- Site plans from Google earth

Site Surveying
Configuration of graphical BMS system ( Building management System)
