Group HR Administrator

Our Client is looking for a HR Group administrator to plan ,direct and coordinate human recourse management and the activities of the company .

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement / Review of policies
• Assist with preparation and coordinating
• Grievances
• Ensure Timeous and accuracy of capturing reports
• Assist with coordinating Employee events
• Manage records and Data
• Assist with preparation and coordinating of hearings/ grievances

Qualification and Experience

• Qualification in HR
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role
• Labor legislation knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft office
