We are a growing tech movement and are looking for a Customer Support Technician (T1) who is passionate about tech, thrives under pressure, and delivers a world-class support experience from anywhere in the world.
What Youll Do
- Be the hero : serve as the go-to expert for customers, solving hardware and software issues in real time with empathy, speed, and precision.
- Keep systems flowing : troubleshoot self-pour systems remotely to ensure customer operations run smoothly.
- Think smart, move fast : diagnose problems, escalate when needed, and collaborate with engineers and the support team.
- Build knowledge : keep documentation and ticketing systems (like HubSpot) up to date and help customers help themselves with self-help tools.
- Train support, repeat : host virtual training, test hardware / software, and follow up on open issues.
- Be proactive : monitor system health, support rollouts, and resolve issues before they escalate.
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves
Excellent English, spoken and written3 years of technical troubleshooting experienceSolid grasp of Windows OS and basic networkingFamiliar with consumer-grade cabling and routersSharp problem-solving skills and attention to detailA customer-first attitude with clear, calm communicationBonus Points (or Will Train You!)
Experience with restaurant POS systemsUnderstanding of CO2 draft beverage systemsFamiliarity with tools like TeamViewer, HubSpot, AirCall, and GSuiteRFID tech know-how and remote diagnostics experienceSchedule & Flexibility
