Technical Support Remote (South Africa / LATAM)

Full-time Remote MonFri 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM ET

Salary : $1300 - $1500 / month (Based on Experience)

We are a growing tech movement and are looking for a Customer Support Technician (T1) who is passionate about tech, thrives under pressure, and delivers a world-class support experience from anywhere in the world.

What Youll Do

  • Be the hero : serve as the go-to expert for customers, solving hardware and software issues in real time with empathy, speed, and precision.
  • Keep systems flowing : troubleshoot self-pour systems remotely to ensure customer operations run smoothly.
  • Think smart, move fast : diagnose problems, escalate when needed, and collaborate with engineers and the support team.
  • Build knowledge : keep documentation and ticketing systems (like HubSpot) up to date and help customers help themselves with self-help tools.
  • Train support, repeat : host virtual training, test hardware / software, and follow up on open issues.
  • Be proactive : monitor system health, support rollouts, and resolve issues before they escalate.

What You Bring to the Table

Must-Haves

  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • 3 years of technical troubleshooting experience
  • Solid grasp of Windows OS and basic networking
  • Familiar with consumer-grade cabling and routers
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-first attitude with clear, calm communication
  • Bonus Points (or Will Train You!)

  • Experience with restaurant POS systems
  • Understanding of CO2 draft beverage systems
  • Familiarity with tools like TeamViewer, HubSpot, AirCall, and GSuite
  • RFID tech know-how and remote diagnostics experience
  • Schedule & Flexibility

  • Choose your groove : 4x10 or 5x8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch
  • Support coverage spans 10 AM–9 PM Central Time
  • Expect rotating evening / weekend shifts
  • Flexible but coverage is important; teamwork is valued
  • Experience Snapshot

  • Computer networking : 1 year
  • Technical troubleshooting : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Windows OS : 3 years (Preferred)
  • Customer support : 2 years (Preferred)
