Your Role
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while ensuring operational and sales excellence. Cultivate a service-driven culture, ensuring customers receive a world-class experienceImplement action plans based on mystery shopper feedback to continuously elevate service standardsBuild strong relationships with customers and maintain a loyal client baseProvide in-store coaching and continuous training to refine sales and service skillsInspiring and leading a high-performance team
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-calibre retail team that embodies our brand valuesDrive performance through structured Individual Performance Agreements (IPAs), one-on-one coaching, and meaningful feedback sessionsRecognise and reward excellence while ensuring accountability with clear expectationsFoster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages growthDriving Sales and Operational Excellence
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure every team member contributes to store targetsAnalyse the income statement and manage expenses to maximise profitabilityMaintain optimal stock levels in alignment with customer demand and store needsEnsure compliance with in-store controls, visual merchandising standards, and premium store presentationUse key retail disciplines to manage store operations efficientlyAchieving Business Targets
Deliver on key metrics, including trading density, basket size, and salary-to-sales ratiosAlign team performance with brand goals, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experienceWhat It Takes to Succeed :
Experience that set you up for success :
Minimum of 5 years’ retail experienceAt least 12 – 18 months of management experience in a retail environmentA deep understanding of the retail landscape, including brand positioning and customer engagementQualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success :
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)Tertiary Retail Qualification (advantageous)Additional Requirements that will enhance your impact for success :
Knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) laws and ability to initiate enquiriesStrong understanding of profit & loss statements and retail financialsExperience in merchandising, stock control, and store administrationAbility to recruit and build a team that represents a luxury retail brandSales / Retail / Business Development jobs
