Location : Middelburg (Mpumalanga)

Package : R55000 CTC P / M which is made up as follows Basic R38500; Discovery Medical Aid (Employee 40% / Employer 60%); Provident Fund (Employee 7% / Employer 16.6%); Annual Inventive Plan; 22 Days Annual leave

Purpose of the position : In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost management, and strategic support for site operations. Key performance areas :

Financial planning and analysis

• Prepare monthly management accounts per site, analyzing cost per activity / production process.
• Monitor actual performance vs budget and prior year, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with site operations to prepare weekly, quarterly, and rolling forecasts.
• Upload forecasts and actuals into Hyperion Planning (HP).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual results presentations with variance analysis.
• Maintain and update cash flow reports, including AR collections and Capex projections.
• Daily monitoring and reporting on production and cost metrics.

Qualifications / Experience Required :

Degree / Honours, CIMA

Minimum of 3 years (Degree / Honours) commercial experience

IFRS / US GAAP

Must have forecast building and controlling experience

Advanced Excel skills

ERP experience advantageous (JD Edwards, Oracle, Hyperion)

Staff management experience

Strong personality, able to work with senior level management and operations

Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans

Valid drivers license
