Project Manager

Managing Business Projects across functions and workstreams & managing the IT team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and external vendors).

Key Performance Areas

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of business projects across the business.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects (e.g., IT systems, sustainability, cost savings, operational initiatives).
• Provide expert guidance to develop practical, phased implementation plans.
• Drive on-time delivery with clear milestones, critical path management, and issue / risk escalation.
• Build and manage project budgets; track variances and ensure financial discipline.
• Enhance internal and external client / customer satisfaction through proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Reduce business risk and ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Manage relationships and performance of internal teams and external suppliers / partners.
