Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities while representing our business with professionalism and expertise. You will leverage your expertise in sales outreach and client communication to expand the company's market presence.
Role Responsibilities
- Market research and brand awareness
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects through cold calling, email, and social selling
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular activity reports
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products / services
- Collaborate with Client Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Requirements
3+ years in sales or customer service experienceExperience working with the UK marketPrevious SDR / BDR experienceExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf‑motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.)Experience or knowledge of the company's industryKnowledge of sales methodology and best practicesBenefits
