Based in Angola. The main purpose of this position is to handles category planogram compliance, category shelf arrangement, turnover, supplier diversity, sales, customer retention, benchmarking etc. Salary US$1500 NETT per month + expat benefits (housing, car, medical insurance, return flights, etc)
Category planogram compliance : Measures how well a store's shelf arrangement and product placement align with the predetermined planogram.
Category Shelf arrangement : This includes metrics like ensuring products are at the right place, quantity, and in the right amount to create an impactful visual merchandising.
Category Turnover : Measures how quickly products within a category are sold, indicating inventory management effectiveness.
Category Compliance : Measures how well a supplier adheres to agreed-upon guidelines for products, pricing, and promotion.
Supplier Diversity : Tracks the variety of suppliers within a category, helping ensure a diverse product offering and reduce reliance on a single supplier.
Sales Revenue : This is the total revenue generated from the category, indicating overall performance.
Gross Profit Margin : Measures the profitability of the category after deducting the cost of goods sold, indicating efficiency in pricing and cost management.
Inventory Turnover : Reflects how quickly inventory is sold and replaced, indicating efficient inventory management and demand planning.
Customer Retention Rate : Measures how many customers continue to purchase from the category, indicating customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Average Transaction Value : Indicates the average amount customers spend on the category per purchase, helping to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Benchmarking & Comparison : Retailers compare their metrics (like sales price, customer satisfaction, efficiency) against competitors and benchmarks.
Shopper Penetration : The number of unique shoppers who purchase from the category, indicating reach and appeal.
Discount and Promotion Effectiveness : Tracking the impact of discounts and promotions on sales and customer behaviour.
Out-of-Stock Rate : The percentage of time a product is not available, indicating potential lost sales and customer frustration.
Shrinkage Rate : Measures the loss of inventory due to theft, damage, or errors, impacting profitability.
Product Availability : Determines how many products from the current assortment matrix are in stock and available for customers to order and check missing articles in category to procure and get right supplier.
Category Growth Rate : Determine top selling and slower and dead inventory to prepare proper forecasting.
