: Cost Controller / Procurement Officer

Job descriptionMinimum 35 years experience in cost control and procurement, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage, or agricultural environments. Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and ERP / POS systems (e.g. Pilot, GAAP, or similar). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A team player who can thrive in a dynamic, farm-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and monitor all cost and stock control processes across departments (winery, restaurant, and events).
- Handle procurement of goods and services ensuring best value, quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory and cost records; perform regular reconciliations and variance reports.
- Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts and price lists.
- Support budget preparation and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Implement and uphold internal control systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
