Crushing Superintendent - Open Cast Mining

Our client, a leading player in the mining and engineering sector, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Crushing Superintendent to join their dynamic operations in the Northern Cape. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all crushing and screening production activities within a robust open cast mining environment.

Requirements :

• N3 Certificate OR Qualified Artisan (Fitter, Millwright, Diesel Mechanic)
• 5 years+ post-qualification experience in a heavy industrial environment (e.g., mining, heavy engineering)
• 2 years+ experience in a formal Supervisory role
• Non-negotiable hands-on experience with crushing and screening machinery in an open cast mining environment
• A valid driver’s license and own transport
• Medically fit to meet mine-specific health and safety standards
