Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. This is an exciting entry‑level role for someone who is curious, people‑focused, and eager to grow their career in OD and communications.

Position Info

You’ll work closely with senior consultants and practice leads, supporting the design and delivery of impactful client projects while learning the ropes of consulting.

Duties

  • Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of client projects across OD and communications.
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations, and support solution development.
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and culture‑change initiatives.
  • Provide project management support to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships internally and with clients, grounded in trust and professionalism.
  • Continuously learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • A degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.

    • Experience

  • 2 years’ experience (internships included) in HR, OD, consulting, or communications is advantageous.

    • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A self‑starter who is proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
  • Passion for people development, culture, and making a positive impact in organisations.
