Lead Generation Specialist - Remote

Job Description
- Inbound Leads Management : Expand revenue by actively following up with leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM system.
- Research & Qualify leads – Update CRM.
- Hunter mindset : Respond to new leads quickly and maximize conversion.
- Prioritize Leads based on goals assigned and business requirements.
- Email, call and follow up the sales pipeline of leads with the intent of signing them up for services.
- Follow up on leads at various stages of qualification, proposal, contracting, etc.
- Write high conversion emails to target leads.
- Outbound Leads Management : Lead generation, research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry within the assigned region. Create a robust lead list from diverse sources.
- Identify target accounts and approach them for conversion via email, cold calling, promotions or collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin the sales process and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and quotes and send them to prospective clients.
- Build service solutions and bundled service go-to-market approaches.
- Respond to customer service requests via phone, email or chat and log / action requests in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with VP - Sales to create monthly service promotions and with the Marketing team to promote services, partnerships and promotions.
Who we are looking for
Preferably experience in Healthcare Industry (not required).Strong multitasking and time management skills.Familiar with Dynamics 365 or any CRM system.Ability to create compelling pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint.Ability to report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel.Highly proficient with Microsoft Office & Teams.Understanding of US healthcare and its workings.Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Skill Set
Customer Relationship Management – ability to develop relationships through conversations with prospects.Presentation Skills – professional slide decks and proposals for clients.Communication Skills – strong phone communication.Business Writing – professional emails and effective follow-ups.Solutioning – familiarity with third-party technology apps; ability to bundle apps with services for client solutions.Prospecting – web research, networking and cold calling to identify opportunities.Ace Quarterback – ability to drive deals to closure.Education
