Front of House Restaurant Manager - Centurion

Responsibilities

  • Staff management
  • Stock control
  • Opening & closing procedures
  • Works well in a front of house team and can work under pressure

Qualifications

  • 3+ years management experience in sit-down Restaurants
  • Must have experience in a busy restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of restaurant floor management
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to manage a restaurant floor
  • Applicants must be well spoken and have exceptional customer relations skills
  • References must be contactable
  • Experience with restaurant administration & cash-ups
  • Candidates with a loyal working history will be preferred

    • Details

  • 2 days off per week
  • 4x 12 hour shifts & 1x 8 hour shift
  • Salary R 12 – 15 K
