Job Description

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the General Foreman will handle the following :

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors, maintaining steady progress toward project deadlines.
• Plan and manage material requirements, deliveries, and on-site usage to control costs and prevent delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections, addressing issues promptly to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Quality Control teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor daily progress against programme timelines and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Support the handover process, ensuring all work areas are complete and ready for final inspection.
