Our Capital Advisory team advises across equity and debt transactions, helping clients plan investments, seize opportunities, and achieve strategic objectives. We work with large and mid‑cap clients, private equity houses and entrepreneurial businesses on funding options, acquisitions, disposals, equity and debt raising, refinancing, and capital projects. We emphasize sector exposure across all verticals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Focus on M&A (buy‑side & sell‑side) or debt advisory transactions for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Absorb new technical information quickly, developing an understanding of strategic rationales across sectors.
- Gain exposure to a breadth of transaction and financing situations.
- Analyse key value drivers at market and business levels, coordinating supporting research.
- Model financial implications of transactions and financing events.
- Produce analysis to support capital raising and negotiation processes.
- Prepare client reports and transaction materials for fund‑raising, acquisitions and disposals, reviewing associated documents.
- Prepare information memoranda for disposals or capital raises, coordinating target profiles on acquisitions.
- Help set project budgets and ensure risk procedures are documented.
- Collaborate with specialists and colleagues across the globe.
- Ensure quality, technical accuracy, and insightful deliverables.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing quality control and coaching.
- Support new business development : proposals, pitch documents, and client meetings.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Experience in Capital Advisory / M&A advisory.Experience in Corporate banking, structured finance, capital markets, or securitisation.To qualify for the role you must have
Strong numerical and financial skills, understanding of financial statements.Experience building financial models and valuing businesses using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable companies.Strong written communication skills, experience writing presentations and process materials.Confident interpersonal skills, evidence of client‑facing experience.Ability to work to tight deadlines, efficient and strong project management skills.Responsibility for workload, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.What We Offer
