Overview

We are searching for an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • BSC / BEng / BTech in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • Pr. Eng / Pr.TechEng registration with ECSA (preferred or eligible)
  • Minimum 3 years' consulting experience in wastewater treatment design and execution - Non-negotiable

Core competencies

  • Proven expertise in mechanical design for wastewater facilities (pumps, aeration, mixers, clarifiers, chlorination)
  • Electro-mechanical design experience advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

    • Key responsibilities

  • Design and specify mechanical systems and equipment for wastewater plants.
  • Develop BOQs, datasheets, specification and commissioning documentation.
  • Review contractor designs, manage QA / QC and oversee commissioning.
  • Provide expert consultancy and prepare detailed project deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement through standardized tools, templates and workflows.
