POSITION INFO : Responsibilities :
- General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings
- Upkeep repairs of all public areas
- General maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances and tools and equipment
- Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with outside contractors
- Ensure quality control of maintenance and projects
- Prepare and submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects
- Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers
- Fleet management of company vehicles
- Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements
- Weekly and Monthly reports
- Control and manage stock levels and reports
Candidate Requirements :
At least 5 - 10 years experience within the industryStrong Leadership, Administration, Project Management and General Building Maintenance skillsMicrosoft Office (Excel & Stock System) - especially good with ExcelProject Management skills are essentialValid RSA ID is requiredValid Driver’s License and PDP is requiredAttention to detailReliability and adaptabilityExceptional report writing skillsLive-in position
