Criminal and Credit clear Negotiations of lease renewals Liaise with various Landlords and Portfolio Managers Check status quo and unique requirements / clauses of lease agreements Peruse and prepare lease agreements for signature Implement systems and control measures Responsible for maintaining and improve Tenant / Landlord relations Property Administration. Professional support services to the team
