Our client is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing administrative and operational processes related to customer orders logistics and distribution.
Responsibilities
Order Management
Process sales orders from receipt to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouses logistics providers and suppliers.
Track and monitor inventory levels and product availability.
Customer Service
Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries.
Handle complaints provide order status updates and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales Administration
Prepare sales reports documentation and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate records of orders pricing and customer interactions.
Support the sales team with proposals quotations and documentation requests.
Logistics Coordination
Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to meet delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with delivery requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications
Matric (BCom or relevant qualification advantageous).
2 3 years experience in sales coordination order processing or supply chain support.
Experience in the chemical manufacturing or industrial sector advantageous.
Key Skills
Strong organisational and administrative ability.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused approach.
