A Junior Financial Manager is needed.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function across a diverse group of companies. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership while driving compliance reporting accuracy and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the finance department and manage financial resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage external audits
- Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliations including bank debtors creditors and inter-company accounts
- Implement and maintain finance policies procedures and systems across the group
- Produce monthly management accounts financial reports and annual financial statements
- Support the budgeting process and prepare detailed cash flow forecasts
- Analyze financial performance against budgets identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Assist with provisional and year-end tax calculations
