Job descriptionMinimum of 3-4 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies Knowledge of inventory management and stock control Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
Position Info : Key Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and inventory is accurately managed
- Handle employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays to enhance the store’s appearance
- Support the management team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
