Position Info : Key Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and inventory is accurately managed
- Handle employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays to enhance the store’s appearance
- Support the management team in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory roleProven ability to lead, motivate and develop a teamStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to analyze sales data and implement improvement strategiesKnowledge of inventory management and stock controlAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFlexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.Please note : Only candidates residing in the Underberg area will be considered for this position.
