Overview

Property Practitioner - Candidate or Full Status. This is a full-time remote role for a Candidate or Full Status Property Practitioner. Redaco Property Group is a young, fast-growing firm with its headquarters in Cape Town and a national footprint of agents across South Africa. The company focuses on Real Estate, Developments, and Consulting, and offers mentorship, training programs, and a defined career pathway.

Role Description : The Property Practitioner will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating property tours, and liaising with clients and property owners. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property documents, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. The practitioner will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Real estate market knowledge and experience with property listings is encouraged but not required; training is provided
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analysis with consistent improvement
  • Proficiency in preparing property documents and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Experience in sales and developing sales strategies is encouraged but teachable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely; team interactions available as needed
  • Relevant real estate certifications and licenses : you must have a valid FFC, or be able to pay R2295 for your FFC license during onboarding
  • This is a commission-only opportunity and you should be able to financially sustain yourself for up to 3 months; commission is paid upon transaction closure
  • Experience with real estate software and digital tools is a plus
  • NQF4 in Real Estate, Business Administration diploma, or related field encouraged but not urgent; learning support provided

    • Remuneration

    This is strictly a commission-earning role with no income cap. Two commission structures based on qualification levels :

  • FULL STATUS PROPERTY PRACTITIONER (agents with PDE 4 qualifications and a valid FFC) — 90% commission to the Agent / 10% to company
  • CANDIDATE PROPERTY PRACTITIONER (agents without qualifications but with a valid FFC) — 70% commission to the Agent / 30% to company
