About the role :
The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all recruitment and HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and act as the first point of contact for job applicants and enquiries on company services. The position will report to the company Director.
Responsibilities :
- Liaison with clients and suppliers.
- Coordinate recruitment planning, advertising, short-listing, interviews and applicant response handling and due diligence.
- Provide support to the company Director on HR projects.
- Coordinate, attend and document meetings with clients and prospective clients.
- Ensure effective and efficient company administration of HR processes.
- Customization of clients HR documentation.
- Support clients with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Support clients with employee performance monitoring processes.
- Prepare the training pack for all training conducted or facilitated by the company.
Requirements :
