OUR SCHOOL

Reddam House Waterfall is a co‑educational and non‑denominational environment designed to recognise, nurture and develop the individuality of each student placed in our care and to extend students to their maximum potential in all aspects of education.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile College Mathematics and CAT Teacher to join our team from January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous lessons in Mathematics (Grades 10–12) and CAT (Grades 10–12), as well as supporting Coding and Robotics (Grades 8–9).

This role is ideal for a dynamic teacher who is passionate about both analytical and digital disciplines and can inspire students through innovative, technology‑integrated teaching methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in Mathematics, CAT, and Coding & Robotics.
• Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking.
• Assess, record, and report on student progress and achievement.
• Reflect on and refine teaching practice to ensure ongoing professional development and excellence.
• Provide academic support through additional lessons or tutoring when required.
• Produce high‑quality teaching materials and digital resources.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider academic and co‑curricular life of the school.
• Communicate professionally with parents and respond to queries promptly.
• Participate in school functions, meetings, and events as required.
