Job descriptionProvide first line technical support via phone, email and in person Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals Troubleshoot and resolve issues with operating systems, applications and networking Log, track and update all support requests in the helpdesk system Escalade unresolved issues to 2nd / 3rd line support or vendors when required Perform routine system checks, updates and preventative maintenance
Key requirement
- Matric and valid driver's license
- A+ and N+ certifications
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Prior experience in ICT support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with SIEM, vulnerability scanning, SOC operations
