New opportunity for a hospitality experienced Revenue Manager with this leading international hotel group based in Cape Town.
Responsibilities
- This role reports into the Regional Revenue & Sales Manager.
- Retrieve information from a wide range of sources to analyse for trends, opportunities, challenges and recommendations
- Set pricing based on demand and policy
- Determine the most effective market mix via channels
- Analyse data and revenue information from budgets, guest history, bookings and similar inputs to provide recommendations for improving long term strategies
- Maximise the opportunities presented in the human resource sector
- Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
Qualifications
At least 5 years’ industry related experience (sales / revenue), with 3 years in a senior management positionTertiary business-related qualification : BCom, Diploma in Hospitality ManagementFluency in spoken & written English; additional languages an assetKnowledgeable of hotel technology : PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, ExtranetsHospitality / hotel experiencedSalary package : Market related + Normal BCEA & Short-Term Incentive Bonus
