Job Description
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, system integrators, and consultants
- Drive partner engagement through training, incentives, and joint marketing initiatives
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical Pre-sales, Product, Marketing) to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Identify and resolve channel conflicts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform channel strategy
- Support pricing strategies and bid development for major opportunities
- Build and administer forecasts and pipelines for your portfolio
- Drive sales performance for the portfolio, maintaining existing base and growing new business while eliminating churn
- Achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Qualifications
Business, IT, Communications, or Engineering degree / diploma (essential)Professional sales / channel management training or certification (preferred)Skills
5+ years experience in channel management, technology, telecommunications, or Two-way-Radio Communication solutionsProven track record of building and growing successful partner networksExperience with complex solution selling and managing lsales cyclesDemonstrated ability to manage and grow channel accountsBenefits
