Commercial Vehicle New Sales Manager - Roodepoort

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the new commercial vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Drive business development and deal-making through established industry contacts and networking
• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and expand the dealerships commercial vehicle footprint
• Oversee customer relationship management to ensure excellent client retention and satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to senior management
• Support sales executives in negotiations for high-value deals when required
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations
