We are on a mission to build powerful, flexible software that drives accountability and enhances service delivery for businesses. Our primary focus is a new application designed to empower organizations by ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard and helping businesses keep a close eye on their assets. As a foundational member of the team, you will bring this vision to life as we approach launch with our first beta testers.

We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to take a key role in developing this application. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who takes initiative, delivers results, and thrives on ownership. You will have the opportunity to take long-term ownership of the product's evolution as it grows.

What We Offer

Salary Range : R600,000 - R850,000 per annum (ZAR), dependent on experience.

Your Responsibilities & Skills

Core Skills & Responsibilities (The Must-Haves)

These are the essential skills required for this role. You must have proven experience in these areas.

Primary Responsibility : Develop core web and mobile functionality for our new flagship application.

Required Tech Stack :

Strong command of TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), and React Native .

Solid experience building efficient data flows with React Query .

Familiarity with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms for backend logic (Auth, Database, Functions).

General Experience & Skills :

A proven track record of building and maintaining production‑grade applications with 4+ years of professional experience .

Experience managing deployment pipelines using tools like Vercel.

Proficiency with Git, CI / CD workflows, and AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Gemini, bolt or similar).

Advantageous Skills & Responsibilities (The Nice-to-Haves)

Experience in these areas is not required, but it will make your application stand out.

Secondary Responsibility : Maintain and support our existing live auction platform.

Advantageous Tech Stack :

Experience with C# / .NET Core backends.

Proficiency with PostgreSQL database management.

Knowledge of Redux Thunk for occasional maintenance.

Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure or GCP .

Role at a Glance

Level : Intermediate to Mid‑Senior

Experience : Minimum 4+ years (proven production experience required)

Type : Full Time (Contractor for 12 months, employment thereafter)

Location : Remote now, with the potential for a Hybrid model in the future (Johannesburg, Gauteng)
