Job Description

The Project Manager will lead the full delivery of new lodge developments, from concept to handover. In this role you will be responsible for shaping project outcomes that meet our high standards for timing, budget and operational readiness while collaborating across diverse teams and disciplines. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex, high accountability environments where quality, agility and sustainability go hand in hand.

Role & Responsibilities

Align design, budget & schedule from project inception
Manage consultant teams & ensure performance to contract and scope
Oversee procurement, construction, logistics and handover readiness
Ensure health, safety & environmental protocols at all levels
Drive digital documentation & reporting
Support post‑completion quality & warranty resolution

Skills & Experience

8+ years in managing builds in hospitality, remote development or similar fields

Fluency in project controls, contracts including JBCC and consultant management

Familiarity with cloud‑based systems & document management

Remote logistics & cross‑border project expertise

Comfort with tech & AI tools for forecasting & delivery

A commitment to sustainability, design & creating lasting impact
