Role Overview

Manos Software is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Technology / CTO to lead the technology strategy, modernization, and innovation roadmap across its European portfolio of software companies.

This hands-on, strategic leadership role combines technical depth with business insight. The CTO will guide and mentor engineering teams across multiple vertical market software businesses, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and Valsoft’s long-term vision.

You will drive modernization, cloud adoption, and AI integration—empowering each portfolio company to build scalable, secure, and forward-looking software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute a unified technology vision and roadmap across multiple independent portfolio companies.
• Align technology initiatives with each company’s commercial and product objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI / LLMs, DevOps automation, cloudnative platforms) that enhance customer and business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, architecture, and digital transformation.
