Matric or similar secondary qualificationExperience in a similar roleMinimum 5 years experience in a management roleManage, mentor and increase skills of sales employeesAbility to achieve the growth required by the sales teamUnderstand the customer requirements and expectationsExperience working with products similar to tiles, counter tops, vanities, wall claddings, tables etc.Experience managing staff in a showroom environment and managing external sales representatives calling on professionals like architects, designers, construction companies within the Residential and Commercial SectorDuties and Responsibilities
