Digital Health Strategy Advisor (Cat. I)

Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called : Technical Assistance to Africa CDC - Accelerating Digital Health Transformation in Africa - TEI Digital health and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to strengthen health systems through integrated, patient-centred digital solutions development at the Primary Health Care (PHC) level, in line with the Africa CDC Digital Transformation Strategy.

Duration

The indicative start date is 23 / 11 / 2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 28 Month(s) from this date (indicative end date : 23 / 03 / 2028 ).

Qualifications and skills

• Completed University studies of at least 3 years in Public Health, Health Informatics, Digital Health, Information Technology / Computer Science, Health Policy and Management, Data Science, Business Administration (with a focus on health innovation). In its absence, 5 years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong digital health project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluency in English is required ; working knowledge of French is an asset .
