Financial Manager CA(SA)

Our client, a major JSEâ listed organisation, is seeking a highâ calibre Financial Manager with proven experience leading sizeable finance teams in fastâ paced, highâ volume environments. POSITION INFO:

Deliver the full financial reporting function within tight deadlines
Lead the budgeting cycle, including reviewing actuals vs budget and preparing initial submissions
Build and refine financial models and feasibility assessments
Compile monthly reporting packs for the Executive
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business
Drive automation and transition manual processes into efficient systems
Prepare and sign off monthly audit files, and address audit risks promptly
Mentor, upskill, and develop a multiâ disciplinary finance team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ commercial experience in a Financial Manager role
Minimum 3 years leading a team of 5 or more
Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy
Highly deadlineâ driven with the ability to perform under pressure
Advanced financial management and technical reporting expertise
