Job descriptionSupport the Learning & Development Manager in analysing organizational training needs and researching industry trends Ensure best practice to guide the design of appropriate curricula and learning paths for the various talent segments Develop and ensure the effective delivery of relevant training programs to meet organizational objectives Identify and track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiatives Manage and maintain e-learning content in our Learning Management System under the oversight of the Learning & Development Manager Support the Learning & Development Manager with information management, data processing and analysis to enable accurate reporting and e–filing Support in the compilation, administration and preparation for all related internal audits Track development plans and provide regular feedback on progress with relevant stakeholders Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including the management of 3rd party vendors Act as an advisory custodian to all employees on People Development related policies and procedures Degree in Industrial Organization Psychology, Human Resources Management or related qualification 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management and Organisational Development or Human Resources experience Valid South African driver’s license Human Resources jobs
