Your mission :
Support the Learning & Development Manager in analysing organizational training needs and researching industry trendsEnsure best practice to guide the design of appropriate curricula and learning paths for the various talent segmentsDevelop and ensure the effective delivery of relevant training programs to meet organizational objectivesIdentify and track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiativesManage and maintain e-learning content in our Learning Management System under the oversight of the Learning & Development ManagerSupport the Learning & Development Manager with information management, data processing and analysis to enable accurate reporting and e–filingSupport in the compilation, administration and preparation for all related internal auditsTrack development plans and provide regular feedback on progress with relevant stakeholdersBuild and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including the management of 3rd party vendorsAct as an advisory custodian to all employees on People Development related policies and proceduresYour profile :
Degree in Industrial Organization Psychology, Human Resources Management or related qualification2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management and Organisational Development or Human Resources experienceValid South African driver’s licenseHuman Resources jobs
