Job descriptionMaintain monthly dashboards & KPI reports; monitor pacing and performance Update ad copy, run ad hoc reports, organize receipts, manage restarts Conduct competitor research (creative / message, positioning, impression share) Analyze copy & landing pages; identify A / B test opportunities Liaise with Paid Media, Creative, SEO & Account teams; present insights Experience in healthcare / medical vertical Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok ads

Compensation : $1,500–$3,000 / month (DOE)
IV Interactive is a high-performing creative & digital agency delivering award-winning results for healthcare and other industries worldwide. We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-obsessed assistant to help power our paid media program.
Must-Haves
- Looker Studio (build & maintain dashboards; clear storytelling with data)
- Hands-on Google Search campaigns (setup, QA, pacing, bidding, reporting)
- Advanced Google Sheets (formulas, pivots), GA4 , Supermetrics
- Agency experience; strong communication and reliability on EST hours
