SERVICE SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR

  • Diesel / earthmoving Mechanic Trade team. As a key member
  • 305 Years' Earthmoving Industry experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Service Schedules and Maintenance tasks
  • Warranty Claim submissions & OEM Payments
  • Provide Technical Support to Field Technicians
  • Liaise with Clients and Suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
  • Track and Report on Service Activities
  • Assist in Troubleshooting and resolving Technical issues
