Overview

This role is for a US-based company. We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps service-based businesses generate qualified leads and close more deals using advanced Google Ads. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. The BDR will be responsible for outbound lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting. You’ll focus on building relationships with prospects, understanding their businesses, qualifying them against our ideal client profile, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This role fuels our pipeline and drives agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 50–80 outbound dials per day to targeted prospects.
  • Use email, phone, and LinkedIn / social outreach to connect with business owners.
  • Qualify prospects by asking discovery questions and aligning with our agency’s services.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Book qualified sales appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Build rapport with decision-makers and position our agency as a trusted partner.
  • Meet and exceed weekly / monthly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or cold calling roles (marketing agency or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting targets.
  • Tech-savvy—comfortable working with CRMs, dialers, and outreach tools.

  • Compensation

  • Base : $1,500 USD / Month
  • Commission : $375 / Closed Sale
  • OTE : $2,250 - $3,750
