The role combines creative production , data-driven marketing strategy , technical setup , and Go High Level integration to ensure smooth, profitable campaign delivery from end to end. Note : Open to applicants based in South Africa or the United Kingdom only.
Core Responsibilities
- Research audience segments, competitor activity, and campaign positioning.
- Develop marketing plans and funnel structures (TOF, MOF, BOF) aligned to client goals.
- Define offers, hooks, and ad angles that will resonate with the target audience.
2. Ad Creation & Creative Production
Design and produce engaging static and carousel creatives using Canva or Adobe tools .Edit short-form video ads for Meta using software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva Video.Write persuasive, conversion-focused ad copy tailored to UK audiences.Build multiple ad variations for ongoing creative testing and performance optimisation3. Campaign Management
Build and manage campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager , including budgets, objectives, and targeting.Optimise daily for lower CPL, higher CTR, and better overall ROI.Identify and scale winning audiences and creative combinations.Troubleshoot issues such as rejected ads, learning phase limitations, and audience overlaps.4. Tracking & Technical Setup
Implement and maintain Meta Pixel , Conversions API (CAPI) , and Google Tag Manager setups.Configure events and custom conversions for accurate tracking.Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure alignment with GA4 metrics.Collaborate with developers or Account Managers when deeper tracking issues arise.5. CRM & Go High Level (GHL) Integration
Sync Meta campaigns with Go High Level to ensure leads flow correctly into automations and pipelines.Test and troubleshoot lead forms, API connections, and webhook automations.Help refine automations and tagging logic to improve lead tracking and attribution.6. Reporting & Communication
Report campaign results weekly in Google Sheets or Looker Studio .Highlight wins, losses, and next-step recommendations based on data.Maintain proactive communication through Teams, Asana, and WhatsApp.Stay current with Meta updates, ad trends, and performance best practices.Suggest and recommend new strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve lead quality.Take ownership of results, constantly testing to drive performance forward.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieving client benchmarks for leads, CPL, or ROAS.Accurate tracking across Meta, GA4, and GHL.Volume and quality of creative tests launched monthly.Frequency and effectiveness of campaign optimisations.Consistency and clarity of communication.Required Skills & Experience
Must Have :
3+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns (lead generation focus).Strong graphic design skills (Canva required, Adobe preferred).Experience editing video ads (short-form, performance-focused).Confident with Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Google Tag Manager setup.Excellent written and spoken English.Analytical mindset with proven results (CPL, ROAS examples).Reliable working setup (Wi-Fi, backup power if needed).Nice to Have :
Hands-on Go High Level experience (form integrations, triggers, automations).Experience with UK or international accounts.Familiarity with GA4 and Looker Studio reporting.Knowledge of Asana or other project management tools.Full-time role (40 hours per week).Core availability between 9am–5pm UK time for communication and collaboration.Fully remote with weekly team check-ins.Proactive communication and accountability for assigned accounts.About Tip-Top Media Co Ltd.
