Job descriptionLead and oversee the full finance function, ensuring compliance with IFRS and best practices. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the businesss long-term growth objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes. Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive business performance. Ensure that governance, controls, and risk management frameworks are maintained at the highest standard. Mentor and guide a growing finance team, fostering professional development. CA(SA) qualification (essential). 58+ years post-articles experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial management role. Strong background in strategic financial management, compliance, and reporting. Exposure to infrastructure, consulting, or project-driven industries will be advantageous. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
