To lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention and brand growth across retail channels. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across retail formats, including physical stores and e‑commerce platforms.
- Own customer lifecycle programs, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, and CRM initiatives.
- Lead omnichannel campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and external agencies to align marketing with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics to executive stakeholders.

Requirements
BCom, BSc, or equivalent analytical / financial qualification preferred.5+ years’ experience in senior marketing / commercial roles, ideally within lifestyle, sports, or consumer industries.Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and CRM platforms.Demonstrated success in digital marketing, including social media, SEO / SEM, and e‑commerce.Experience in budget management and performance analytics.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Exposure to transformation‑aligned environments and inclusive leadership practices.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
