Junior Survey Programmer

Are you passionate about market research and proficient in survey programming?

We are looking for a Survey Programmer to join our team.

Requirements

• Recognised post‑matric qualification.
• Ideally two or more years’ experience in a Market Research role that includes survey scripting, deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge and ability to use research and scripting platforms such as Alida, Maru, Alchemer, Survey Monkey, Dooblo or other proprietary survey software.
• CSS or HTML experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• General knowledge of conducting market research is ideal, but not compulsory.
• General and technical problem‑solving abilities.
• Cross‑departmental collaboration skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to effectively multi‑task.
• Approachable “go‑to” person.
• Adaptable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Process‑oriented approach to tasks.
