We are looking for a Survey Programmer to join our team.
Requirements
- Recognised post‑matric qualification.
- Ideally two or more years’ experience in a Market Research role that includes survey scripting, deployment and monitoring.
- Knowledge and ability to use research and scripting platforms such as Alida, Maru, Alchemer, Survey Monkey, Dooblo or other proprietary survey software.
- CSS or HTML experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
- General knowledge of conducting market research is ideal, but not compulsory.
- General and technical problem‑solving abilities.
- Cross‑departmental collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Survey Data Visualisation & Extraction – setting up cross‑tables for monitoring survey completion, exporting survey data, data cleaning and format‑specific preparation.Execute Administrative Tasks – related to insight community administration and member management, incentive and reward fulfilment, compiling and maintaining process and project documentation, and recording activities for cost monitoring and operational metrics.Quality, Processes and Improvement – demonstrate a “quality‑in‑all‑I‑do” customer‑centric approach, share lessons learned and participate in problem resolution discussions.Client & Internal Stakeholder Support – support Research and Account Directors in fostering strong client relationships through technical training, ongoing support and assistance with platform and project queries.Project Management – as part of a team, ensure constant communication on progress and highlight challenges impacting delivery.Work towards delivering all project and administrative tasks within agreed timelines.Please note : IQbusiness requires honesty in handling cash, finances, financial systems, or confidential information; our recruitment process requires that background checks be completed : credit, criminal, ID, and qualification verification.
