Camp Manager

We are looking for a passionate team player to lead operations, ensuring every guest journey is seamless, luxurious, and deeply connected to the wilderness. Candidate requirements :

• Matric, and any relevant tertiary qualification, would be advantageous
• Previous experience is a supervisory / managerial role is advantageous
• Must be able to connect and motivate a team, working as a colleague, as well as a leader.
• Must be highly organised to ensure all operations within the camp happen smoothly
• Personable, approachable with excellent communication skills - able to connect with highly distinguished as well as connect with colleagues / staff
• Must have an exceptional eye for detail
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work with multiple software
• ⁠A friendly, helpful disposition and must genuinely enjoy lots of hosting and chatting with guests / people
• Must take initiative and be self-motivated
• Must reference extremely well.

Live-in - own room, but shared bathroom. 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off

Meals are included when on duty. Salary - R10 - R15kpm, depending on experience.
