Role Overview

Overseeing and supervising the operations and activities for production / assembly. Correct and timely processing of machine orders in accordance with the worksheet requirements and in compliance with the jurisdictional gaming regulations. Achieving maximum efficiencies whilst maintaining high standards on product quality level and on time delivery of completed products as per the order schedule and customer required delivery dates. Preparation, maintenance and completion of all related and required paperwork and documentation for quality and completion purposes in relation to the products. Ensure health and safety regulations are being followed.

What You'll Do

  • Supervising, controlling and assisting in the operations of processing and assembly of machines in accordance with the required specifications per the worksheets and / or orders.
  • All machines should be processed in compliance with the jurisdictional gaming and quality requirements, whilst ensuring correct and timely processing in conformance with the required configuration and specifications.
  • Plan, monitor and coordinate the progress of orders whilst ensuring agreed delivery times as per the order schedule are met.
  • Follow up and report any potential discrepancies, failures or quality issues in relation to machines and orders.
  • Closely liaise and communicate with the Customer Service team for configuration and / or requirements for machine orders to establish an efficient and correct machine order processing and control.
  • Determine any parts requirements for machine configuration if requested.
  • Correct and timely processing of all machine related required paperwork such as completion sheet and quality check sheets.
  • Controls and reporting of “ship‑short” information in liaise with Customer Service ensuring adequate and timely follow up.
  • Follow up on customers complaints and issues in order to resolve and ensure corrective and preventive actions are being established.
  • Accurate and retrievable filing of any machine order related documentation, reporting and correspondence.
  • Ensuring the production area stays clean, controlled and organized.
  • Ensuring all aspects for health and safety and ISO requirements are met.
  • Leads and ensures implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the operations.
  • Advice, participate and initiates on development and training requirements for the reporting staff to ensure up-to-date product knowledge on the products.
  • Conducting performance reviews, participate in setting performance goals and provide performance feedback to all supervised staff.

  • Service‑minded and professional attitude.
  • Reasonable knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of general gaming industry products, configuration and troubleshooting.
  • MBO+ level technical expertise.
  • Sharing of knowledge and information on functional level to establish an efficient and broad logistics workforce.
  • Propose and implement possible machine order process improvements to increase efficiency and services.
  • Ensure ISO objectives are implemented and followed.
